added a sitemap to MSP.
could have just added a static file to public/ but used sitemap_generator gem for dynamic updates.

$rake sitemap:refresh
rebuilds the sitemap as a GZip compressed sitemap.xml.gz, in the public/ folder.
use gunzip for human redability of zipped sitemap.
$gunzip public/sitemap.xml.gz
